Lori Hawkins has lived her whole life in Wisconsin. The daughter of a firefighter and a Catholic schoolteacher, she grew up in a family that strived to find its place in the middle class. After teaching in Milwaukee for over a decade, she and her husband Rob moved their young family to Bristol twelve years ago.
A small business owner and mother of two, Lori is involved in her community through Forward Kenosha, St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, and Planned Parenthood as a member of their national Storytellers' Bureau. She has worked on immigrant rights issues, advocated for the homeless of our community, and has made several trips to both our state's and nation’s capitols to advocate for issues that affect our children and communities.
